Discovering the World's Culture

Nikki Bedi travels to Mardin in the south east of Turkey to immerse herself in the arts and culture of the region. The area is well known for its historic old town and unique landscape but is fast becoming a central player in Turkey's arts scene. In 2024, Mardin is playing host to its sixth biennial, and Nikki will discover this festival through the eyes of local and international artists.
