Bait (2000)

When the Federal Gold Reserve is broken into by criminal mastermind, Bristol, the chief investigator uses human `bait' to lure him out into the open. Alvin Sanders, a fast-talking street punk, has no idea why he is suddenly let out of prison, but a conversation with a dying man 18 months earlier means he knows more than is healthy for him to know.
